Promoting your website is a big part of having a successful website. If no one can find your site, it does not matter how beautiful or sophisticated it is. Yet, some simple websites that are well promoted are very successful. There are many things you can do in the normal course of your business to promote your web site. In addition, there are some tools included with EZ-Net Tools that can be helpful.
You should be sure to include references to your website in all of your promotional efforts. Include your web address (domain name) on your business cards, in your ads, on your letter head, in your yellow pages listing, and on any advertising material. Any time you talk to people you should mention your website.

With EZ-Affiliate, you are provided the tools to manage your own Affiliate Program. The affiliate program is an advanced feature of EZ-Net Tools, that allows you to set up affiliations between companies.
An affiliate program using EZ-Affiliate consists of targets and affiliates. The target account provides customized pages for many affiliates. Affiliates will link to these customized pages, and often are given a commission for each referral.
To access the EZ-Affiliate tools, click on the Promotion Tools tab from the Member Tools page. Then click on EZ-Affiliate under the Promotion Tools tab.

The Search Engine Tools provide a great way to promote your site to the world. When people go to any search engine looking for a product or service, they type in keywords for that service. They will then get a list of web pages that cover the desired information. These pages are listed because they have keywords set up on their pages in a place called META Tags.
If you want people to find your website, services, or products, you need to first create META Tags (using the Meta Tag builder) on the pages you want to have found in the search engines. Once these META Tags are set up, you can then use the Search Engine Tools to submit your pages to the top search engines.
To access the Search Engine Tools, click on the Promotion Tools tab from the Member Tools page. Then click under the "Search Engine Tools" menu, the type of submission you want. Your choices are: Free Submissions, Paid Inclusions, Pay Per Click and Directory Listings.

EZ-Link Trader, is a tool to help you communicate with and trade links. Trading links is one of the most effective promotional tools and can influence your search engine rankings.
The EZ-Link Trader, is a great way to get your site promoted on other websites. With the EZ-Link Trader, you will create links to other sites of the same genre, on your "Hot Links" page. By creating these links, you can correspond with an owner of the site you are linking to and request that they put a link to your site somewhere on their web pages.
To access the EZ-Link Trader tools, click on the Promotion Tools tab from the Member Tools page. Then click on EZ-Link Trader under the Promotion Tools tab.
